Matt Ring
I'm from Okotoks, Alberta and started drumming at the age of
9 with a local instructor in the city of Edmonton. I continued music throughout
three
moves within Alberta until settling in Okotoks. I then decided to take my
musical experience to the next level when I joined Allegiance Elite Drum
and Bugle Corps, and began in private lessons with Gordon Chadney, whom is
one of the premier percussion instructors in the city of Calgary. I now
have recieved the honor of a performance position with the Santa Clara Vanguard
which has been a goal since I first learned of the Drum and Bugle
Corps activity.
